Payment Policy
Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients’ needs, customer service, and minimizing costs, we do not bill or offer payment plans.
For new clients scheduling wellness care appointments, a refundable deposit equal to the exam fee is required at the time of booking.
We Accept Debit Cards, Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), Scratchpay, Care Credit, and Cash.
We do not accept Personal Checks.
Pet Insurance
We are big advocates of utilizing pet insurance! Like medical insurance for people, pet policies come with a variety of deductibles, co-payments, and premiums. Unlike people medical insurance, you pay the vet bills in full, submit your claim, and wait for reimbursement.
The cost of coverage can increase depending on your pet’s breed (purebreds cost more to insure because they’re more prone to some hereditary conditions), age (plans may cost more as your pet gets older), and the coverage options you choose, such as your deductible amount.
We highly recommend Trupanion Pet Insurance, a Pacific Northwest company based in Seattle, WA. While they do not cover wellness care, Trupanion will pay 90% of the bill for all injury or illness-related claims (after the deductible is met). This 90% coverage will remain FOR LIFE per condition!

We are able to process Trupanion Express claims right in our clinic.
ScratchPay

Care Credit
When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. We accept CareCredit, which allows you to break down your payment into 6 monthly installments. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application. You can either apply at our hospital, where we’ll call in your application over the phone for immediate approval or click below to apply online.
